Mr. Moskowitz has been an attorney with Levine, Schnepper & Sandler, P.A., since
1995. His practice is 100% devoted to representing injured workers.
 
Mr. Moskowitz grew up in Miami, Florida. He attended undergraduate, graduate, and
Law School, at the University of Florida. Mr. Moskowitz has two sons, Jacob and Dylan.
As part of his commitment to injured workers, Mr. Moskowitz sits on the local board of
the Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund, Inc.. This Charity raises scholarship money for the
children of workers who were injured or killed on-the-job, and to children of those
individuals involved in the administration of the Florida workers’ compensation system.
These children rely on the scholarships so that they may attend college. Mr. Moskowitz
has co-chaired several fundraisers for this scholarship fund, and especially did many of
these fundraisers with the Miami Marlins. These events have raised thousands of dollars
for qualified scholarship applicants.
